We are currently seeking the following positions: 2-3 Field Technicians . Technicians install and service solar hot water, solar electric, wind, hydroelectric and radiant floor heating systems. Technicians typically install systems with the supervision of a Forman or Project Manager for 18 – 24 months before potentially moving into a managerial role in the field, ie. Forman, Project Manager.
We are looking for people who want to make long term commitments working in the RE field. Disposable labor isn’t an option for us in the hiring process. It takes a substantial amount of time for us to train employees to become proficient in their craft, so our intention in every hire is for long term employment. These are full time positions with benefits and paid vacations. Pay is dependent on experience. Make no mistake, this is a fun job, but a hard one. People who aren’t willing to learn and work hard need not apply.
