NCSEA has found two primary reasons why great sustainable energy policy ideas do not become great energy laws in North Carolina and the Southeast.  Often, citizens and business are not aware of proposed sustainable energy legislation.  For the few who are, they are unsure of how to voice their support for improved energy policy or do not want to be singled out for doing so.

NCSEA is attempting to remove this barrier to creating a sustainable energy future in North Carolina with the release of a new report - the 2005 North Carolina Sustainable Energy Legislative Guide.  Please read this guide and give NCSEA feedback on how we can better enable you to have a clear, collective voice in North Carolina's energy future.
