NCSEA's Board of Directors is elected annually by its membership. The election results are certified at the Annual Membership Meeting each fall, with terms beginning on January 1 of the year following their election. Terms are for three years and staggered; one third of the Board is elected each year. No Director can serve more than two consecutive terms. Officers serve for one-year terms.
